Multizone controls (M Series)

The M Series of controllers reflects the SISE know-how gathered during 30 years of experience in controlling temperature for hot runner moulds. The M Series uses a new version of the very performing control software, so called "Permanent Self Tuning Control", conceived and developed by S.I.S.E., allowing, in particular, the phase control during the soft start, and pulse triggered & zero crossing (PWM) during heating, guaranteeing at the same time the lifespan of the heating elements and respect of the CEM standards.

The use of a single and largely dimensioned microprocessor for controlling up to 24 control loops enables an extremely compact design, thus maintaining features that made SISE successful :

• Opto-coupled and modular thermocouple inputs
• Modular power modules : 5A, New compact 15A card, 16/20A and 30A
• Double protection by Quick blow fuse on each power card
• A user friendly interface with a clear LCD display

The M Series controllers are available in three types of M series cabinets:

• 4U Multizone cabinet
• 10U Multizone cabinet
• 20U Multizone control system
