SISE has a complete range of products dedicated to specific automotive applications. Those applications are defined by a high number of heating areas, the frequent need for valve gate controllers and the use of materials that require a high mold temperature.

SISE recommends the following products:

• Hot Runner Control Systems: The modular, 16 Amperes 5 Series, the new twin zone 8 Series or the multi-zone MoldScan-equipped M Series.
• Valve Gate Controllers: The IS’2000 (up to 20 channels) or the new IS’Basic simplified control system.
• Temperature Controllers: Pressurized water temperature controllers with high heating power (140E20/60 type) or temperature controllers equipped with high throughput pumps (95E18/36 and 95EC40/60 type).
• Win’SISE/Win’IS: All above mentioned products can be monitored using one single computer or touch screen panel, thanks to those Windows-operated softwares.
• Cyclades: SISE recommends the implementation on the factory floor of this Production Control and Analysis system, which enables real time monitoring of standardized indicators (TRS or TRG type).
