SISE has developed a range of temperature controllers especially dedicated to medical and pharmaceutical applications. Those applications require a high number of low power heating zones (nozzles) and the need for central automated surveillance of control parameters and heating zones’ features.

SISE recommends the use of the following products:

• Hot Runner Control Systems: The multi-zone, 10U- or 20U-type M Series, controlling applications with 120 zones or more.
• MoldScan: This control system monitors the heating zones’ parameters (electrical resistance, soft start time, electrical power…). This parameters’ monitoring system goes as far as to detecting infiltrations.
• Win’SISE: This Windows-operated control and monitoring software, available either through a computer or a touch screen panel, enables easy setting of the heating zones and provides a general overview of applications as well as temperatures recording for quality monitoring purposes.
• Cyclades: SISE recommends the implementation on the factory floor of this production control and analysis system. It provides real time control of standardized indicators (TRS or TRG type) as well as detailed analysis of rejects and halt reasons. As an option, Cyclades can include a SPC (Statistical Process Control) module for parts and machine.
