Packaging - Corks

SISE has developed a range of temperature controllers that are specifically dedicated to the Packaging & Capping applications. Those applications are defined by a high number of low power heating zones (nozzles), the need to actively control the temperature setting of the mold (smart ramp) as well as automated centralized control of the application parameters and the heating areas.

SISE recommends the use of the following products:

• Hot Runner Control Systems: The multi-zone, 10U- or 20U-type M Series, controlling applications with 120 zones or more.
• MoldScan: This control system monitors the heating zones’ parameters (electrical resistance, soft start time, electrical power…).
• Win’SISE: This Windows-operated control and monitoring software, available either through a computer or a touch screen panel, enables easy setting of the heating areas and provides a general overview of applications, even in case of multi-cavity configurations.
• Cyclades: SISE recommends the implementation on the factory floor of this production control and analysis system, which provides real time control of standardized indicators (TRS or TRG type) as well as detailed analysis of production rejects and halt reasons.
