Specific technical and electrical applications have a limited number of mid- and high power zones, involve sensitive, highly technical materials that require active monitoring of the mold temperature setting (smart ramp). Such types of applications also require central automated surveillance of the application’s parameters and heating zones’ features.

SISE recommends the use of the following products:

• Hot Runner Control Systems: The modular, 16 Amperes 5 Series, the new twin zone 8 Series or the multi-zone MoldScan-equipped M Series.
• Temperature Controllers: Pressurized water temperature controllers (284°F/320°F range) or oil temperature controllers (up to 482°F range).
• Win’SISE: All above mentioned products can be monitored using one single computer or touch screen panel, thanks to this Windows-operated software.
• Cyclades: SISE recommends the implementation on the factory floor of this Production Control and Analysis system, which enables real time monitoring of standardized indicators (TRS or TRG type). As an option, Cyclades can also include a SPC (Statistical Process Control) module for parts and machine.
