Description
The extremely compact M-series controllers type M-10U, are presented in multizone cabinets from 24 to 48 zones according to the dimensions and the disposition of the power cards. Our system is very user-friendly thanks to a blue LCD screen and a keyboard which are both embedded into the new tiltable control panel.
The cabinet has out of standard all top-of-the-range functions :
- Permanent self tuning control

- Display of % power and load current per zone (Amps)

The MoldScan option allows to analyse the parameters of the electric heating elements (installed power, temperature increase, resistance value of the heating element, etc.) It shows in real time a diagram about the temperature changes and set point for a selected zone.
Applications
The M-10U controllers has been specifically designed for applications with an number from 24 to 48 zones. The heating power of the zones is combinable by module of 8 (4 zones 16A or 48 zones 5A, 8 zones 16 A and 32 zones 5A, or 48 zones with new compact 15A card), thus allowing an optimal adaptation to the mould to be controlled.
The M-10U series controller is particularly dedicated to applications with a high number of zones to be controlled. ((Automotive, Technical moulding industry, Sensible or technical raw material for example) or to applications for high cavities moulds in combination with power control cards dedicated to the manifold (16A) and others dedicated to the tips (power control card 5A). Very strong integration allows a high number of control zones in a volume divided by two versus classic controllers. The new compact 15A card is even better suited for packaging, cosmetics and medical applications.
