Description
Cyclades is a real time production shop supervision system Cyclades can monitor all machine types (cyclical or non-cyclical, manual workstations, etc.).
The software proposes functions for real time consultation of machine functioning, progress of Production Orders (PO), condition of tooling, etc. Cyclades also administers a planning and scheduling / launch tool. Other workstations can access the data (real time, or statistics) via an Ethernet network.
Cyclades also proposes synthesis screens per PO, machine, team, workshop, and principal performance indicators such as summary production rate, overall production rate; statuses are configurable and can be exported under Microsoft Excel.
Cyclades proposes three types of terminal (T16, T29, T34G) and thus enables workshop monitoring, from simplest to most sophisticated (graphic screen at the machine foot, SPC and/or machine parts, etc.)
Cyclades proposes an optional SPC module (statistical process control) for parts and machine, offering all of the known standards (Ford, Cnomo, etc.)
Cyclades is an open, user-friendly system enabling digital data exchange with other types of programs (GPAO = computer assisted prevention, GMAO = computer assisted manufacturing).
Cyclades is available in standard in multilingual version.
Applications
Originally, Cyclades was a dedicated product, designed specifically for the plastic molding industry, offering Supervision of Injection Presses.
The determination of S.I.S.E. to regularly upgrade Cyclades, and the wishes expressed through a Users Club (the Cyclades Club) gradually made it a product capable of adapting to the majority of professions. Cyclades is now present in injection, blowing, extrustion, but also in the foundry, mechanical and paper manufacture, etc.
