Oil temperature controller 180H9 E/P
Description
The temperature controllers of the 180H9 E/P range operate with oil up to a temperature of 180°C.
The temperature controllers are equipped with a pump with a specially designed mechanical seal. The temperature controller offers a heating power of 9 kW. Control is ensured either by a self-tuning micro-P controller (Version E), or by the control panel specially developed by S.I.S.E. (Version P). This control panel additionally offers advanced control and alarm functions on the temperature and pressure of the oil flow circulating in the appliance. A link to Euromap protocol 17 is also available and enables communication with many types of injection molding machines. With the E version, several optional communication protocols are available (Modbus, Profibus, TTY, RS485…). (list of SISE-compatible machines available on request).
Applications
These temperature controllers are intended for high temperature applications requiring a heating power of up to 9 kW (small and medium-sized moulds, relatively fast temperature rise, specific injected material, heat-hardening, foundry, etc.) and particular monitoring of temperature and pressure conditions. Versions equipped with machine communication capability can directly download mold data and alarm signals from the injection molding machine monitoring panel.
