Thanks to the expertise of both SISE and PARMILLEUX (purchased by SISE in 2003), the 210°C/410°F oil mold temperature controllers, developed and manufactured by SISE, comply with all current safety rules and regulations and guarantee the highest quality of regulation. All components are carefully selected for their performance, robustness and reliability in very high temperature environments.
Our mold temperature controllers are developed to ensure easy start-up as well as accessibility and maintenance of all main components. The horizontal heaters enable replacement of the heating elements without purging the circuit. The low charge of these horizontal elements reduces the problems (such as cracking) of the oil and optimizes your investment by reducing the frequency of draining. These mold temperature controllers are equipped with pumps covering a wide scope of throughputs enabling a minimal temperature difference between the oil inflow and outflow.
For the 250°C/482°F and above models, an anti thermosiphon pipe in the expansion tank enables low temperature for the oil in contact with the air (no oil oxydation and no smoke).
This control console additionally offers advanced control and alarm functions on the temperature and pressure of the oil flow circulating in the appliance. A link to Euromap protocol 17 is also available and enables communication with many types of injection molding machines. With the E version, several optional communication protocols are available (Modbus, Profibus, TTY, RS485…). (list of SISE-compatible machines available on request).
All high temperature applications that require a heating power of up to 12kW (mid-sized molds, double-layered tanks, calendering, heating tables, relatively fast rise in temperature, control of fluid process for chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical industries…)
Versions equipped with machine communication enable direct downloading of mould data and alarm signaling from the injection press console.
