Oil temperature controller XH100-200

The temperature controllers of the XH100-200 range operate with oil up to a temperature of 300°C or 350°C (option).
The temperature controllers are equipped with a high performance pump assuring only a small difference in temperature between oil outlet and return in the temperature controller. An antithermosiphon loop in the expansion chamber enables having a low temperature in contact with the air (no oxidation of the oil and no smoke).
5 models offer heating powers of 100, 126, 150, 180, 200 kW. Control is assured by a self-tuning controller with microP.
These temperature controllers are intended for high temperature applications requiring a heating power of up to 200 kW (large-sized moulds, double-jacketed tanks, heating tables, relatively fast temperature rise, control of process fluids for chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical industries, etc.) and particular monitoring of the temperature conditions.
