Description
The sequential injection cabinet type IC'2000, a system independent of the machine processes, is fully able to meet the most demanding needs of the sequential injection market.
IS'2000 comes in two versions of cabinets (single and double height) enabling control of 4 to 20 channels (per module of 4 channels) LCD interface integrated in the cabinet enables control of up to 5 Openings/Closings per cycle and programming timed from injection start, hold start, screw position, or based on the injection pressure or analog or 0/1 external signals (Option). The system also offers a multi-lingual user interface, backup for 8 programs, injection safety and cycle monitoring alarms and, as standard, control of valve gate positioning.
Optionally, the Win'IS 2000 software running on Windows, offers some additional functions :
- "Off-line" programming
- Save an unlimited number of programs
- Transfer from one system to another
- Display, printout and analysis of recorded data (pressure curve, screw position, etc.)
Applications
IS'2000 cabinets suit applications comprising a high number of valve gate nozzles (max 20). Because of its multiple programming and safety capabilities this tool is a global benchmark for automotive applications (bumpers, dashboards, mudguards, body side moldings, lift gates, etc.
