Water temperature controller 95 E 18/36 E/P
Description
The temperature controllers of the 95E 18/36 E/P range operate with water up to 95°C.
4 models offers heating powers of 18 to 36 kW and each of them can be equipped, as chosen, with 4 types of pump from 70 to 200 l/min. Control is assured either by a self-tuning micro-P controller (Version E), or by the control panel specially developed by S.I.S.E. (Version P). This control panel also offers advanced functions of control and alarm on the temperatures and flow rate of water circulating in the appliance. A link to Euromap protocol 17 is also available and enables communication with many types of injection molding machines. With the E version, several optional communication protocols are available (Modbus, Profibus, TTY, RS485…). (list of SISE-compatible machines available on request).
Applications
These temperature controllers are particularly intended for applications requiring a high power (large-sized moulds, fast temperature rise, large volume parts, etc.) and a particular monitoring of temperature and flow rate conditions. Versions equipped with machine communication capability can directly download mold data and alarm signals from the injection molding machine monitoring panel.
