Water temperature controller 95 EC 40/60 P
Description
The temperature controllers of the 95 EC 40/60P range operate with water up to 90°C.
Two models offer heating powers of 40 and 60 kW and they are equipped with a high throughput pump of 200 l/min (12 cu.m./hr) The small volume of water required in the heating cylinders enables very fast temperature rise and a very high quality of control. Temperature control is assured by the control panel specially developed by S.I.S.E. (Version P).
This desk also offers advanced functions of control and alarm on the temperatures and flow rate of water circulating in the appliance. A link to Euromap protocol 17 is also available and enables communication with many types of injection molding machines (list of SISE-compatible machines available on request).
Applications
These temperature controllers are particularly intended for applications requiring a very high power (large-sized moulds, high performance PET blowers, fast temperature rise, large volume or multi-cavity parts, etc.) and a particular monitoring of temperature and flow rate conditions. These models, equipped with the S.I.S.E. control panel, enable downloading mould data and remote alarm signalling directly from the machine console.
