Workshop terminals
S.I.S.E. proposes a range of three types of terminals, from the simplest (T16, LED readouts, dedicated to Plastic Injection molding machines), to the most sophisticated, T34G, with graphic display, enables monitoring all types of machines The mid-range T20 already enables performing control of all machines present in the workshop.
The three terminal types are completely interchangeable and can be combined in one workshop configuration Your Workshop Monitoring is customized and evolves in step with your needs.
The terminals used by Cyclades are now available in Wireless version, thus simplifying workshop installation to the extreme, a single emitter can connect a virtually unlimited number of machines, but dependent on the configuration of the building. These terminals are compatible with the older generations of Cyclades terminals and enable easy extension of an existing installation.
Fixed onto or near the frames of the machines they will be supervising, the terminals form the connection between the Cyclades Workshop Supervision application and the operators present at the production stations. The Operator Interface authorizes coding of production downtime, or declaration of accepted or scrapped parts. The terminal also provides information on Production Orders in progress, or forthcoming (except T16).
