8C-S series cabinets

Description

The 8C-Sseries control cabinets can receive from 2 to 8 modular Controllers of type 8SX.

Each controller is used to carry and to maintain a defined temperature in a machine zone or a hot runner. 

The 4-pins male connector placed at the rear of the 8C-S series cabinets allows the connection with an injection moulding machine or a computer for data transfer according to the protocol defined in EUROMAP 17 Standard.

Description

Single zone control module type WorldSeries

Description

The new SISE "World Series" controller, compatible with all standard mainframes, is a single zone modular controller to be fitted into cabinets for 4 to 12 channels. The controller features a double display and a unique user-friendly "Click and Rotate" control button. The controller’s standard features include all top-of-the-range functionalities such as soft start, temperature and tension monitoring, as well as safety management, including one safety relay which completely insulates the heating element in case of temperature alarm or Triac failure.

Multizone controls (M Series)

The M Series of controllers reflects the SISE know-how gathered during 30 years of experience in controlling temperature for hot runner moulds. The M Series uses a new version of the very performing control software, so called "Permanent Self Tuning Control", conceived and developed by S.I.S.E., allowing, in particular, the phase control during the soft start, and pulse triggered & zero crossing (PWM) during heating, guaranteeing at the same time the lifespan of the heating elements and respect of the CEM standards.

Communication COM

Description

The modular COM E17 card has several communication protocoles (E17CAN Bus, USB, RS 422/485 ). The standard equipment is with Euromap 17 communication, but it can also manage other protocoles like E66. The USB connector on the front panel allows to choose the parameters of communication.

The SP1 - SP2 switch on the front panel allows to choose between production or standby setpoint.

Description
