Created in Oyonnax (French "Plastic Vallée") and with US operations in Atlanta, GA, S.I.S.E. designs, manufactures and sells a wide range of products dedicated to the plastic injection molding industry.

Products

S.I.S.E.'s product offering is arranged in four comprehensive product lines:

• Hot Runner Control Systems
  S.I.S.E. is leader in the French market (60% of Market share) with probably the widest range of control products from any manufacturer worldwide, and has held a strong reputation for more than 30 years due to the reliability and the quality of its products.

• Sequential Molding Control
  S.I.S.E pioneered this new method of injection molding specifically for large automotive parts (Bumpers, dash-boards, ...), selling more than 450 systems delivered all around the world

• Water & Oil Mold Temperature Controllers
  With the acquisition of PARMILLEUX in 2003, S.I.S.E. now offers one of the widest ranges of mold temperature controllers, offering heating power from 6 to 200 kW and temperature from 95° to 160°C (Water) and up to 350°C (Oil).  S.I.S.E. also manufactures special skids based on customer specifications and is one of the world leaders in Very High Temperature & Very High Pressure applications with its specialized TPC range (Low Voltage Electrically Heated Process Tube).

• Production Monitoring Systems - Cyclades
  Thanks to its expertise in both industrial electronics and the plastics processing industry, S.I.S.E. has been manufacturing Real-Time Production Monitoring Systems since 1981. The latest evolution of CYCLADES, working under Windows 9x, NT, 2000, XP, allows supervision of all types of machines (cycled & non-cycled, manual assembly, ...).  Cyclades is efficient not only for the plastic injection molding industry but can also be used for production of almost any discrete components.
