Multizone Control (M Series)

The M Series of controllers reflects SISE know-how gathered during 30 years of experience in controlling temperature for hot runner molds. The M Series uses a new version of "Permanent Self Tuning Control", conceived and developed by S.I.S.E..   It allows notably phase control during the soft start, and pulse triggered & zero crossing (PWM) during heating, guaranteeing simulatneously the lifespan of the heating elements and adherence to CEM standards.

The use of a single and large microprocessor to control up to 24 control loops enables an extremely compact design, while maintaining features that made SISE successful:

• Opto-coupled and modular thermocouple inputs
• Modular power cards : 5A, New compact 15A card, 16/20A and 30A
• Double protection by Quick blow fuse on each power card
• A user friendly interface with a clear LCD display

The M Series controllers are available in three types of M series cabinets:

• 4U Multizone cabinet
• 10U Multizone cabinet
• 20U Multizone control system
