SISE has developed a range of temperature controllers designed especially for medical and pharmaceutical applications. These applications require a high number of low power heating zones (nozzles) and the need for central automated surveillance of control parameters and heating zone features.

SISE recommends the use of the following products:

• Hot Runner Control Systems: The multi-zone, 10U or 20U M Series, controlling applications with 120 zones or more
• MoldScan: This control system monitors heating zone parameters (electrical resistance, soft start time, electrical power…). This parameter monitoring system goes as far as to detect infiltrations.
• Win’SISE: This Windows-operated control and monitoring software, available either through a computer or a touch screen panel, enables easy setting of heating zones and provides a general overview of applications as well as temperature recording for quality monitoring purposes.
• Cyclades: SISE recommends factory floor implementation of this production control and analysis system. It provides real time control of standardized indicators (TRS or TRG) as well as detailed analysis of rejects and halt reasons. As an option, Cyclades can include a SPC (Statistical Process Control) module for parts and machine.
