Description
The temperature controllers of the XH10-75 range operate with oil up to a temperature of 300°C or 350°C (option).
The temperature controllers are equipped with a high performance pump assuring only a small difference in temperature between oil outlet and return in the temperature controller. An antithermosiphon loop in the expansion chamber enables having a low temperature in contact with the air (no oxidation of the oil and no smoke).
7 models offer heating powers of 10, 20, 30, 40 , 60 or 75 kW. Control is assured by a self-tuning controller with microP.
Applications
These temperature controllers are intended for high temperature applications requiring a heating power of up to 75 kW (large sized moulds, double jacketed tanks, heating tables, relatively fast temperature rise, control of process fluids for chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical applications, etc.) and particular monitoring of the temperature conditions.
