Water temperature controller 140 E 20/60 E/P
Description
The temperature controllers of the 140 E 20/60 E/P operate with pressurized water up to a temperature of 140°C.
The temperature controllers are equipped with a mechanical seal or magnetic coupling pump depending on needed throughput. A Booster pump is available as an option to ensure proper filling when supply network pressure is low.
3 models offers heating powers of 20, 40 or 60 kW. Control is assured either by a self-tuning micro-P controller (Version E), or by the control panel specially developed by S.I.S.E. (Version P). This control console additionally offers advanced control and alarm functions on the temperature and pressure of the water circulating in the appliance.
A link to Euromap protocol 17 is also available and enables communication with many types of injection molding machines. With the E version, several optional communication protocols are available (Modbus, Profibus, TTY, RS485…). (list of SISE-compatible machines available on request). S.I.S.E. pressurized water appliances comply with prevailing Safety Standards and Directives.
Applications
These temperature controllers are intended for high temperature applications requiring heating power up to 60 kW (large-sized moulds, relatively fast temperature rise, technical parts, bodywork components, automotive parts, specific injected materials, etc.) and particular monitoring of temperature and pressure conditions. Versions equipped with machine communication capability can directly download mold data and alarm signals from the injection molding machine monitoring panel.
