Water temperature controller 140/160 E 6/12 EP
Description
The temperature controllers of the 140/160 E 6/12 E/P range operate with pressurized water up to a temperature of 140°C / 160°C. They can work in leak-prevention mode up to 70°C.
The temperature controllers are equipped in standard with a sealless pump with magnetic coupling and a booster pump to ensure good filling of the appliance even in case of low pressure of the system.
2 models offer heating powers of 6 or 12 kW. Control is assured either by a self-tuning micro-P controller (Version E), or by the control panel specially developed by S.I.S.E. (Version P). This desk also offers advanced functions of control and alarm on the temperatures of water circulating in the appliance.
A link to Euromap protocol 17 is also available and enables communication with many types of injection molding machines. With the E version, several optional communication protocols are available (Modbus, Profibus, TTY, RS485…). (list of SISE-compatible machines available on request). S.I.S.E. pressurized water appliances comply with prevailing Safety Standards and Directives.
Applications
These temperature controllers are intended for high temperature applications requiring a heating power of up to 12 kW (medium-sized moulds, relatively fast temperature rise, technical parts or for the automotive industry, etc.) and a particular monitoring of temperature conditions. Versions equipped with machine communication capability can directly download mold data and alarm signals from the injection molding machine monitoring panel.
