Water temperature controller 95 E 6/9/12 I E/P
Description
Temperature controllers of the 95E 6/9/12 I E /P range operate with water up to 90°C.
3 models offer heating powers of 6, 9 or 12 kW and each of them can be equipped, as chosen, with submerged pumps (Model I) of 60 or 70 l/min.
Control is assured either by a self-tuning micro-P controller (Version E), or by the control panel specially developed by S.I.S.E. (Version P). This control panel also offers advanced functions of control and alarm on the temperatures and flow rate of water circulating in the appliance. A link to Euromap protocol 17 is also available and enables communication with many types of injection molding machines. With the E version, several optional communication protocols are available (Modbus, Profibus, TTY, RS485…). (list of SISE-compatible machines available on request).
Applications
These temperature controllers are intended for routine applications requiring a heating power of up to 12 kW (medium-sized moulds, relatively fast temperature rise, technical or multi-cavity parts, etc.) and a particular monitoring of temperature and flow rate conditions. The different combinations of pumps and options enable easy adaptation to all types of process. Versions equipped with machine communication capability can directly download mold data and alarm signals from the injection molding machine monitoring panel.
